HOW DID I GET HERE?

Let me give you a quick run down!

Growing up, my life revolved around sports, with soccer being a significant part of my active lifestyle. However, after tearing my ACL, I was faced with a period without sports, and I felt like I had lost a part of my identity. I struggled with eating disorders, over activity, amongst other things and I felt so lost.

Once I realized that my identity doesn’t come from what I do but that it comes from God, I started embracing my uniqueness and my true passion. I finally had the courage to walk the path of entrepreneurship, leading me to establish Fit with Faith.

Through my own transformative journey, I became obsessed with the profound connection between mind, body, and soul, while staying rooted in faith.

My mission: to empower you and help you navigate self-discovery, rewrite limiting beliefs, and step into your true potential.
